This service offers person-centred support to adults with profound needs. Focusing on active support, our main aim is to provide an inclusive service offering a range of opportunities to develop personal skills, in order to achieve the best outcomes for each individual.
We help individuals to develop life skills such as washing dishes, using a washing machine or a vacuum cleaner, and also have regular cooking and tasting sessions, with the aim of including individuals in all aspects of our work.
In accordance with the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, and in order to improve the health and well-being of individuals, regular activities include:
- music and movement sessions
- rebound therapy sessions
- swimming
- cycling
- walking
- gardening
- craft sessions
We also spend plenty of time out and about, which helps our individuals gain all-important social skills, whilst playing a full part in their community.
