Your Role:

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Empower Individuals: Assist clients in developing skills for independence and personal growth.
• Provide Personalised Support: Provide tailored support based on individual needs and preferences.
• Engage and Inspire: Encourage participation in social, educational, and recreational activities.

• Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to connect with individuals from different backgrounds.
