Antur Waunfawr continues to closely monitor the official guidance from the Government and public health authorities, and is reacting accordingly in order to protect the health and wellbeing of the individuals we support, our staff and our customers

Our Waunfawr site (including cafe, craft shop and gardens) and our Warws Werdd and Beics Antur sites in Caernarfon, are closed to the general public, but remain open to Antur Waunfawr staff and individuals with disabilities. Our confidential shredding service currently continues to operate.

Extra precautions are being taken on all sites, including regular hand- washing, hand sanitiser available, deep cleaning and regular disinfecting of buildings and offices, and enforcement of social distancing measures where possible.

Antur Waunfawr continues to provide a home care service and day service. Families/carers of some individuals have decided to self-isolate and therefore these individuals are not currently  receiving day service support at Antur Waunfawr. Extra precautions are being undertaken to protect staff and individuals; all external activities have been cancelled and staff are enforcing strict hygiene measures and enforcing social distancing where possible.

The upper management team continue to monitor the situation daily, and are following the guidelines in Antur Waunfawr’s Business Continuity Plan in order to plan for future eventualities and protect the health and wellbeing of individuals and staff.
