Antur Waunfawr currently supports over 67 work placements according to the individual’s interests and abilities. These opportunities include the following choices:

- Nature Park conservation
- Gardening and vegetable cultivation
- Creating crafts made entirely of recycled materials
- Selling re-used clothing and furniture
- Greeting and customer care
- Collecting, sorting and recycling textiles
- Administration of e-commerce shop
- Woodwork, repair and furniture assembly
- General office administration
- Collection, sorting and shredding of confidential waste
- Developing independent living skills at home and in the workplace
- Developing social skills and leisure pursuits
- Gaining new experiences and independent shopping skills
- Maintenance, hire and sale of bikes at Beics Antur
The work placements for individuals with learning disabilities can vary according to their wishes. A good example of this is where an individual does office work for three days a week, spending one day a week at our Caergylchu site and another day at Warws Werdd, out in the community working on the clothes scheme.
