Antur has achieved recertification of a recognised environmental accreditation that will be of benefit to us in seeking work.

Re-certification of the ISO14001 accreditation means that Antur meets a range of requirements for an environmental management system that is internationally recognised.

In his report, the Auditor also commented that he found Antur’s caring environment “refreshing,” and that “the enjoyment, liberation and empowerment of the ‘clients’ was clear to see with body language and interaction demonstrating the high level of enjoyment and empowerment experienced.”

Antur Waunfawr CEO Menna Jones said: “We are obviously very pleased to have achieved recertification of this important accreditation, but are also delighted to have received such high praise with regard to our quality of care. It is testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff, in always ensuring high standards are met and maintained.”

Last year alone, the Antur recycled over 40 tons of furniture, 115 tons of clothes, 621 tons of plastic and 300 tons of office paper.
